Sarah Bailey, a sixteen year old troubled teenager with a painful past and a history of suicidal tendencies and hallucinations, moves to L.A. with her father and stepmother to start a new life - and is enrolled into a Catholic school. It is at school that she comes into contact with three unlikely friends, Nancy, Bonnie and Rochelle, all who are socially outcast with various problems in their lives that they wish they could fix. Nancy, Bonnie and Rochelle dabble in occult practices, and when they notice Sarah has the powers of a natural witch, they talk her into joining their coven. When Sarah joins, they soon realize that with a fourth witch in the coven they can begin to cast spells they couldn't before, and begin to amend all the things wrong in their lives - but like everything else in life - things come with a price

100% pewds will watch if title was 2069. They did this whole movie wrong She needed to be the main character. She was pretty scary, the bathroom stall scene was pretty cool. They don't make them like this anymore. Besides the fact these old stars were innovating the craft, they also had interesting features, characteristics, etc. Amazing how I went from listening to the Pirates of the Caribbean theme song to watching a one hour lecture about effective writing. Nancy went insane cuz her mom's husband was abusive so i think thats y she killed Chris and her mom's husband bcuz they treat women like crap.

Mmm she was my biggest crush growing up. The 90's was real I was born in the early 90's this movie is a classic. God, what an awesome movie this is! 1996's "The Craft" is one of those really cool movies from the 90s that they just don't make anymore. The film opens up to a group of teenage witches chanting for a fourth witch to come to them and complete their circle. Then, images of fire and Wiccan symbols fill the screen and the beginning of a cover version of "Tommorrow Never Knows" by Our Lady Peace blasts out at us. As soon as I saw that, I knew this was going to be good. Enters Sara, played by Robin Tunney of "The Mentalist" who is just arriving to a new town and school. There, she meets up with the outcast group of witches who are Nancy (Played by the great Fairuza Balk) Bonnie (played by Neve Campbell of "Scream" fame) and Rochelle (played by Rachel True who gives a convincing performance of being the only black person at her school. While reluctant at first, Sara eventually joins the coven and together they conjure up magic and life is good, at first. Each one wishes for something and they get it but at a cost. Since I don't want to spoil the movie for others, I won't go too much into detail about that. What I will say is "The Craft" while being about teenage girls and obviously being aimed at that group, is a movie that anyone can enjoy. First and foremost, who doesn't love magic and second it deals with the issue of feeling like an outsider and/or being picked on, and just about everyone would fall into one of those categories at least once in their life. Add in a great MTV generation soundtrack and you got yourself "The Craft. Don't miss it.

Im surprised people didnt have a panic attack when he said nobody cares about you unless you pay us. Thats not true because everyone is valuable. Its so refreshing to see an instructor that speaks the truth and prepares students for reality. Fairuza balk would be been a good Harley quin. Bonham Carter + Fairuza Balk = blockbuster movie. It is awesome how his lecture is structured in the same methodology he is teaching.

Probably never heard of Dueces Wild. I actually thoroughly enjoyed Dueces Wild. Wait- cooked up theories of her practicing witchcraft? She was already a practicing Wiccan before she ever starred in the Craft and even was the one who set up the rituals to be as accurate as possible- it's literally talked about on the goddamn behind the scenes on the DVD. Nicki Swift, please try some proper research for once.

I've seen The Craft four times, and continue to relish every minute of it. The story and acting are engaging throughout, and the special effects are very good. Of course, it doesn't hurt that these four witches are darned good looking. They didn't mention Gas, Food, Lodging. She was great in that and it was prior to her typecast roles.
